I want to get things that I missed, like those side quests, if you have not done them at a certain moment they will no longer be available. For example the Politician's helmet HashID is the same as Hoplite Helmet, 0000016BB0920D44, because that's the base item model but the Politician's helmet has an override ID of 00000185672F58C5 which is a different field.
